Sica Consultants Represents Waldor Agency, Inc. and Statfeld Vantage Insurance Group, LLC in their Respective Transactions with Brown & Brown, Inc.

Sica Consultants, Inc., Sica Consultants, Inc., a provider of consulting services to the financial industries today announced its successful representation of Waldor Agency, Inc. and Statfeld Vantage Insurance Group, LLC in their respective transactions with Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO). Since it's founding in 1959, Waldor Agency Inc. has operated primarily in the corporate property and casualty marketplace. Waldor has a concentration in the real estate industry and also writes personal lines insurance. Statfeld Vantage Group LLC is a full-service insurance and employee benefits consulting/brokerage firm, providing comprehensive client services to both the public and private sector in the areas of health insurance, employee benefits, risk management and general insurance. Brown & Brown, Inc. is an independent insurance agency and brokerage firm. It provides property & casualty, life, and health insurance as well as risk management services (through the retail division), mainly to commercial clients. The company also designs customized products for niche clients, such as dentists, lawyers, optometrists, food processors, and towing operators. The brokerage division distributes excess and surplus commercial insurance through independent agents; the service segment provides self-insured and third-party administrator services.
