Sica Consultants Represents Sondheim & Laughlin in its Merger with Hub International Limited

Sica Consultants, Inc., a financial services and consulting firm today announced its successful representation of Sondheim & Laughlin (Sondheim), of Iselin, New Jersey in its merger with Hub International Limited.  Sondheim is an insurance brokerage firm specializing in automobile physical damage and liability insurance for the public auto and limousine industry.  Hub International Limited is a leading North American brokerage firm.  The Sondheim operation will remain in Iselin and will become part of Hub International's New York City hub, Kaye Group, Inc.

Sica Consultants was founded in 1991 by Alexander W. Sica. It is a nationally recognized leader in providing advisory services and in creating, developing and managing growth opportunities related to the financial services industries.
