Sica Consultants facilitates Acquisition of Sanford and Purvis
Insurance Agency by Commerce Insurance Services
Sica Consultants, a financial services and consulting firm announces
its successful representation of Sanford and Purvis Insurance, a
full service insurance brokerage firm headquartered in Upper
Montclair, New Jersey, in an agreement for its acquisition by
Commerce Insurance Services (CNIS), a wholly owned
subsidiary of Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE symbol: CBH). Geff and
Bruce Sanford and their management team will join CNIS and play a
key role in the firm's continuing expansion in northern New Jersey.
Sica Consultants was founded in 1991 by Alexander W. Sica. It is a
