Sica Consultants Represents The Porch Agency in Acquisition by Commerce Insurance Services

Sica Consultants, Inc., a financial services and consulting firm, announces its successful representation of The Porch Agency, Inc., a full service insurance brokerage firm headquartered in Bridgeton, New Jersey, in an agreement for its acquisition by Commerce Insurance Services (CIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE symbol: CBH). Joseph Porch, owner of The Porch Agency, and his staff will join CIS and play a key role in the firm's continuing expansion in New Jersey.
