Sica Consultants facilitates Acquisition of C. S. Nenner Insurance Agency, Inc. by Kaye Insurance Associates, Inc., a subsidiary of Hub International Limited

Sica Consultants, a financial services and consulting firm announces its successful representation of C. S. Nenner Associates, Inc., of Bordentown, New Jersey, in its acquisition by Kaye Insurance Associates, Inc., a subsidiary of Hub International Limited, of Chicago. C. S. Nenner is an insurance brokerage firm specializing in transportation type risks. Hub International is a leading North American brokerage firm. Howard Nenner, Richard Minerva, Gregory Kroeger and the C. S. Nenner team will join Hub International and play a key role in the firm's continuing expansion in New Jersey.

Sica Consultants was founded in 1991 by Alexander W. Sica.
