Sica Consultants Represents Hirsch Wolf & Co. in its Transaction with Hub International

Sica Consultants, Inc., a provider of consulting services to the financial industries today announced its successful representation of Hirsch Wolf & Co. in its transaction with Hub International (NYSE: HBG). Since it founding in 1958, Hirsch Wolf has provided insurance solutions to the nursing home industry. They are a recognized expert in this industry.
