Sica Consultants Represents D&O Concepts and David A. Ratner and Associates in their Transaction with BISYS

Sica Consultants, Inc., a provider of consulting services to the financial industries today announced its successful representation of D&O Concepts and David A. Ratner and Associates in its transaction with The BISYS Group, Inc. (NYSE: BSG).

Ratner and Associates, which was established in 1989, and D&O Concepts, established in 1995, have offices in Livingston, New Jersey. David Ratner, principal and president of both operations brings 25 years of directors’ and officers liability and professional liability experience to Tri-City. “We are pleased to join BISYS Tri-City Brokerage because of the strategic fit of our two operations. We bring depth to their capabilities and their national presence gives us the ability to expand our geographic reach.” Ratner said.

Sica Consultants was founded in 1991 by Alexander W. Sica. It is a nationally recognized leader in providing consulting and advisory services and in creating, developing and managing growth opportunities related to the financial services industries.
