Sica Consultants Represents The Aaron Wolf Agency, Inc. in its Acquisition by Hilb Rogal Hamilton and Company (NYSE: HRH)

Sica Consultants, Inc., a financial services consulting firm, announces its successful representation of The Aaron Wolf Agency, Inc., (Wolf Agency) a full service insurance brokerage firm headquartered in Vineland, New Jersey, in an agreement for its acquisition by Hilb Rogal and Hamilton Company. Aaron Wolf, owner of Wolf Agency, and his son Danny will join forces with and relocate to HRH's Mount Laurel, New Jersey office.

Sica Consultants was founded in 1991 by Alexander W. Sica. It is a nationally recognized leader in providing its clients with advisory services geared toward the creation, development and management of growth opportunities related to the financial services industries.
